Today is Tuesday, Feb. 26. Here are five things to know today:

1. The weather. The temperature will reach 41 degrees today with a low of 32. Expect partly cloudy skies.

2. SSBC. The SSBC will meet at North Reading High School at 6 p.m. A construction progress update and design update are both items on the agenda.

3. Youth Advisory Board. The Youth Advisory Board will meet at the Flint Memorial Library at 4 p.m. to help choose new books, CD's and DVD's for the library and to organize programs and events. Middle and high school students are welcome. 

4. North Reading Democratic Committee Annual Caucus. The North Reading Democratic Committee Annual Caucus will be held at North Reading Town Hall at 7 p.m. to select delegates for the Massachusetts Democratic Party Convention.
