Community Update

The intersection at Ryer's is just awful. What a mess they made of it last year when remarking the lines and declaring it single-lane with no passing turning cars.

Because of the angle of the intersecting roads, it's a nightmare turning. People still pass, but the lines have worsened the situation. It's more dangerous than ever.

I especially appreciated the site of a local officer passing a turning car the other day, making it impossible for me turn, even with the right away.

And to make things worse the lights have no delay built into them. If they had even a a 5 second delay before turning yellow, it would improve flow.

It just makes no sense to me how poorly that intersection functions.
