You’ll not only get to enjoy the summer sunshine, children’s performers, music and barbecue at this year’s North Reading Parks & Recreation Summer Concert & BBQ Series.
A Farmers Market is also going to held during the summer concerts at Ipswich River Park.
The concert series kicks off on Wednesday, July 9. The BBQ will begin at 5 p.m. Children’s performer Curious Creatures will start at 5:15 p.m. and will be followed by The Classmates at 6:15 p.m.

This year will bring an added treat. The North Reading Farmers Market will join the concert series and will run every Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. until Sept. 24. The Farmers Market will be open rain or shine and will benefit open space projects in North Reading.
