Lobster Claw Closes Its Doors

After 37 years of business, the North Reading institution has announced it is closed.

Lobster Claw, which has served North Reading for generations, announced on Tuesday that it closed effective Sunday, July 14. 

Lobster Claw posted this to its Facebook page as well as placed a note on the door of the Main Street business… 

“To our patron customers:

“We must inform you that as of 7/14/2013 Lobster Claw Sea Foods will be closed for business until further notice.

"Your continued patronage over the past thirty-seen years has been nothing less than thankfully and respetfully appreciated.

No reason for the closure was given.
