New Realtor in Town: Prudential, Howe and Doherty

Prudential, Howe and Doherty recently opened a branch in town.

Prudential, Howe and Doherty opened a branch office in North Reading on Main Street earlier this year. Their main office, opened in 1995, is located on Bartlet Street in Andover.

President Doug Howe is looking forward to the increasing their business in North Reading.

"We feel in order to be more effective in the North Reading market, we needed a location there," Howe said.

They have done well in North Reading in the past and would like to do more business in town, he explained. It was a "logical extension from our marketing in Andover," he said.

They also believe that North Reading has great values, nice neighborhoods and great schools.

Prudential, Howe and Doherty has about 55 real estate agents and is owned by locals. According to Howe, they are ranked second in the market so far this year.

The branch office is located at 143 Main St. in the same building as Ace Home Medics. They are open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the week and have real estate agents in the office on the weekends.
