A Look Back at 2013: Movies & DVDs
The World Almanac and Book of Facts 2014 was released earlier this month.
It’s that time of year: The almanacs are fresh off the presses, all thick and full of nifty of information. The pages are thin — they have to be to pack all this much info in there! — and covered with oodles of facts. And when I say oodles, I mean oodles.
Throughout the next few weeks, we’re going to take a look at some of features in the World Almanac and Book of Facts 2014, which was released in print in November and in e-publication earlier this month. According to Tricia Manzanero of Rosen Group PR, the World Almanac is “America’s best-selling reference book.” And, really, I was not disappointed as I flipped through the pages of the 2014 Book of Facts.
One of the things I love most about almanacs is the time-capsule quality of its contents.
