Maybe my dahlias were just waiting for me to leave them alone?
I didn't go near the dahlias at all on Saturday and when I looked in on the dahlia pots Sunday night, I was pleasantly surprised. Two gorgeous, nearly perfect blooms in each pot, and several smaller buds sprouting up.
Looks like we will have some dahlias this season!
