Novelist Peggy Rambach to Visit the Library Tuesday, November 19
What are these mysterious, glowing "Lons," with pulsing vines, that have appeared in Leonard Slinket's garden? The Lons, short for watermelons, is the title of Peggy Rambach's second novel. Part science fiction, part magical realism the book includes humor, suspense, and adventure. A local favorite, it has appeared on the Boston Globe bestseller list.
We hope you'll join us in the Library Activity Room, Tuesday November 19, at 7PM, when Peggy Rambach reads from the The Lons.
Her first novel, Fighting Gravity, was published in 2001. She has also published a book of short stories, When the Animals Leave.
