North Reading Man Charged with Attempted Murder
The suspect fled the scene, but was arrested in Nashua, NH.
Woburn District Court has issued an arrest warrant for a 42-year-old North Reading man after a reported assault and battery in North Reading on Friday.
The court issued the warrant for Kevin Palmer, 42, of North Reading, and charged him with attempted murder and assault and battery. North Reading Police responded to a report of an assault and battery on Friday. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived.
Police identified the suspect as Palmer. They investigated his whereabouts and multiple law enforcement agencies in Massachusetts and New Hampshire helped the investigation. Palmer was arrested in Nashua, NH, on Saturday and placed under arrest for being a fugitive from justice, said North Reading Police.
