Police Log: Main Street Woman Arrested Twice in Three Days

The following information was supplied by the North Reading police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Nov. 24

At 5:14 a.m., an officer issued winter parking warnings to cars on Erwin Road. Police also issued warnings to cars on Angel Road and Marshall Street that morning.

At 9:50 p.m., police arrested Lisa M. Lanzo, 53, 40 Main St., Apt. 17, North Reading, and charged her with violating an abuse or harassment order.

Monday, Nov. 25

At 2:49 a.m., police received a call about a leaking fire hydrant at Demetri Lane and Haverhill Street. The problem was caused by a water main break.

At 11:26 a.m., police arrested Jennifer Day Cantone, 29, 36 Nutter Road, North Reading, and charged her with resisting arrest and on two warrants. Cantone was pulled over by police three days earlier, but ran away from police.

At 3:12 p.m., police summonsed a Burlington man for assault and battery, intimidating a witness and malicious destruction of property less than $250. Police responded to a residence about a domestic disturbance and summonsed the Burlington man to court.

 

Tuesday, Nov. 26

At 8:26 a.m., police arrested Lisa M. Lanzo, 53, 40 Main St., Apt. 17, North Reading, and charged her on a warrant.

At 7:36 p.m., police responded to North Street at Eugley Park East about a head-on collision.  Two cars were towed. No one was reportedly taken to a hospital.
