The storm on Thursday and Friday dumped around a foot of snow in North Reading, which meant there was plenty of the fluffy white stuff to clean up.

Now that this year's first snowstorm is in the books, it’s time for you to rate how the town's plows handled the two-day winter event.

The DPW did a fantastic job plowing in my neighborhood. I live on the front side of Martins Pond which has very narrow roads and not to many places to put snow. I would also like to thank Roger from the Water Dept.,who responded to a call I made Saturday morning about not having running water in my house.I realized that Roger was also the young man who did the plowing in the neighborhood.Good Job and Thank you
