Home of the Week: Nearly 300-Year-Old Home on Park Street

There aren’t many homes that date back to the 1730s – and there are much fewer that are on the market.

There is one in North Reading that was built in 1731 that’s on the market. The four-bedroom, two–bathroom Colonial at 471 Park St., is listed at $429,000. It is 2,518 square feet and sits on more than an acre of land.

There are four fireplaces in the home and a two-car garage, storage shed and perennial gardens on the property, according to AOL Real Estate.
