New bylaws because of 6 bishops way wall

This neighborhood would not be in this situation if Jim Decola and Martin Fair did their jobs.  These two have done nothing for this town and continue to receive an excellent salary for over 20 years each.  If they did their jobs and deemed this lot unbuildable the town wouldn't have this problem.  We need to get these two off the town payroll before they get their sweet retirement package for doing nothing.  Let's get town employees that care about North Reading, not more morons'.
