Are you sick of winter as much as I am?

I have never been a winter person in my life so this arctic cold has really got me wanting to move south quick!!  But alas winter is what it is and I am too young to retire, so I have to suck it up for another 20 years or so.

I do know that there are 5 things you live by living in New England...

1. You are going to go through at least 2 shovels a season.  One will break when you try to shovel that pile at the end of your driveway that those damn plow drivers leave each time they go by.  (sorry guys...but you know you do it on purpose) The other you will break when you are so tired of shoveling that you inevitable throw it, usually hitting a tree and causing it to snap in half.

2.  85% of us will fall on our rear ends when we slip either walking into the house, or to the car.  (speaking from experience)

3.  In December it's all "Oh how pretty"...in February it's all "Are you f*^($#! kidding me!!  More snow!! AHHHH!!!"

4.  The first snow storm no one knows how to drive bu by the end of the season they are doing 70 through blizzards.

and finally
5.  The kids are going to be in school until July 4th!!

I guess what I'm trying to say here is when this weather gets you down just think...it's only 57 days until SPRING!!!

Oh...and TZE Contractor Supply has 50# bags of ice melt for just $11.99 (plus tax) to keep you from falling on your keister and we also have shovels for you to break!!
