Good Shepherd Holds Annual Picnic
It's the church's annual event, and all are invited.
The Church of the Good Shepherd in Reading hosts its annual parish picnic and outdoor worship service on Sunday, June 1, at 10 a.m. at Ipswich River Park, North Reading.
"Celebrate the warmer weather and our Lord! We invite all to join us for our service and picnic. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy good company and good eats! The Eucharist is presented by our Sunday School children with the Lord's prayer, the Gospel, the Peace and Communion followed by a yummy picnic with hamburgers, hot dogs, salads and sweet treats."
