Children’s Haunted Playground on Saturday
The annual Martin's Pond Association event includes a costume parade, a pumpkin patch, a graveyard prizes, scavenger hunt, magic shows and food.
One of the fall staples in North Reading returns on Saturday.
The 19th annual Martin’s Pond Association Children’s Haunted Playground will take place from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 at Clarke Park, 61 Burroughs Road.
The event will include a costume parade, a pumpkin patch, a graveyard prizes, scavenger hunt, magic shows and food.

The event is free, but haunted playground tours are $5 (kids 3 and under are free). All money raised will go to Clarke Park.
There will be a free shuttle from “the new” Stop & Shop.
